Parents and Students:
The end of the first grading period is behind us, and we are pressing forward into the school year.
Just a few things:
1. We will be closed October 10th. PCS is taking off the day, so we will take the long weekend as well. If you would like another session later in the week, please let us know.
2. Seniors: the UC and CSU applications open October 1st. If you need any help, please contact Christie asap. The application window closes Nov 30, but do not procrastinate.
3. We will increase our rates as of October 1st. Here are the new rates:
Shared sessions with staff $56/hr
Private or online sessions with staff $73/hr.
Shared sessions with Christie $70/hr
Private or online sessions with Christie $99/hr
Consultations $125/hr.
In addition, we will add a 4% surcharge for credit card payments. This charge will show on every invoice. If you pay by check or online bill pay, simply deduct the surcharge from the total.
I know an increase in rates is never easy. Inflation is wreaking havoc, and we are all still trying to make it through. The last three years have been one roller coaster after the next, but we keep going one day at a time.
When I do the invoices, it may pick up a September session and charge the new rate. I will go through and override these charges. Thanks for your patience.
